Be sure to include the email you used to create your account, and we’ll process a full refund.
This right of withdrawal applies only to the first purchase made on the platform. Therefore, if you cancel a subscription and later purchase another one, whether after a short or long period of time, this new purchase will not be considered a first purchase, as you have previously accessed the Service and used the platform.
For Gift Cards, refunds are only available if the purchase was made within the last 14 calendar days, and the gift card has not been activated. Otherwise, the purchase is non-refundable.
