We’ll be happy to process a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you purchased your subscription.
Please note that this right of withdrawal applies only to the first purchase made on the platform and does not apply to automatic subscription renewals. This means that if you cancel your subscription and later sign up again, whether shortly after or much later, that new subscription will not be considered a first purchase, since you have already accessed the service and had the opportunity to try the platform.
The 14-day guarantee is designed to give you time to explore the platform and decide if it truly matches what you’re looking for.
For that reason, we’re unable to issue a refund if a significant portion of the content has already been consumed, for example:
If you have watched more than 60% of a course, or
If you have watched more than 20% of two or more courses on the platform.
In these situations, the content is considered to have been substantially used, and the refund request cannot be approved, even if it falls within the 14-day period.
Regarding Gift Cards, refunds can only be issued if the purchase was made within 14 calendar days and the gift card has not been activated. If the gift card has already been activated, unfortunately a refund will no longer be possible.
