The exact end date is shown during the activation process of the 7-day free trial, so we recommend noting it down to avoid any charges.
The cancellation must be done directly through the store where you activated the subscription:
Google Play Store on Android devices
Apple App Store on iOS devices
Once the trial is cancelled, no charge will be made when the trial period ends.
