If you received a renewal notice* and don’t see your subscription details after logging into your profile, it's likely that you signed in using a different email address than the one associated with your subscription.
What should you do?
- Log out from your profile menu.
- Then, click the "User Profile" link included in the email you received.
- This link will take you directly to the correct subscription and user account details.
