If you received a renewal notice* and don’t see your subscription details after logging into your profile, it's likely that you signed in using a different email address than the one associated with your subscription.

What should you do?

  1. Log out from your profile menu.
  2. Then, click the "User Profile" link included in the email you received.
  3. This link will take you directly to the correct subscription and user account details.
