To download your certificate in a completed course go to the "My Courses" section, select "Completed", click on the course and then on "Download Certificate".
A pop-up tab will open with your certificate and you will be able to download it.
Remember that certificates are available for the duration of your subscription, once your subscription ends you will no longer have access to your course and/or certificate history.
