Cancellation, Renewals and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time up to 24 hours before the renewal date.
If you do not cancel within this timeframe, your subscription will automatically renew for the same billing period (annual or quarterly, depending on your plan) and cannot be cancelled or refunded until the end of the newly renewed billing cycle.
Once renewed, the subscription will remain active and valid for the entire billing period (an additional year or quarter), regardless of whether the service is used.
You will continue to have access to all content until the end of the current billing period.
Please note that deleting the mobile app does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be completed explicitly through your account.
Refund Policy
To the extent permitted by law, no refunds—either full or partial—are issued, and no credits are provided for any complete or partial subscription periods once a subscription has started or renewed.
However, if after purchasing the subscription you feel it does not meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Gift Cards
For gift cards, the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period applies only if the card has not been activated.
Once activated, no refunds—either full or partial—will be issued.
