You can cancel your membership at any time, up to 48 hours before the expiration date. You will continue to have access to all the content until the end of your billing period. Once the deadline has passed, it will automatically renew for the same period of time until termination.
To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for full or partial subscription periods.
If, after purchasing the membership (first purchase), it's not what you expected, you have a period of 14 natural days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
After that period, no partial or full refunds of the membership amount will be processed.
