Cancellations, renewals, and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to 48 hours before the renewal date.

If you don’t cancel within that timeframe, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period you originally selected, either annually or quarterly depending on your plan, and it won’t be eligible for cancellation or refund until the end of the new billing cycle.

Once renewed, your subscription will remain active for the full billing period, an additional year or quarter, regardless of whether the service is used.

You’ll continue to have access to all content until the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note that deleting the mobile app does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be completed through the same channel used for purchase.

If you subscribed through a web browser, you’ll need to cancel directly from the Scoolinary platform.

If you subscribed through the app, you’ll need to request the cancellation and refund through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.

Refund Policy

To the extent permitted by law, no refunds, full or partial, or credits will be issued for full or partial subscription periods once the subscription has started or renewed.

However, if after purchasing your subscription you feel it’s not what you expected, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

This right of withdrawal only applies to your first purchase on the platform. So, if you cancel a subscription and later subscribe again, whether shortly after or much later, that new subscription won’t be considered a first purchase, since you’ve already had access to and tested the service.

To request a refund for purchases made through the app, you’ll need to go directly to the App Store or Google Play.

Gift Cards

For gift cards, the 14-day withdrawal period only applies if the card has not been activated.

Once activated, no refunds, full or partial, will be issued.
