You can cancel your subscription from your user panel whenever you want. 


  • Please note that you must do this from your computer or mobile browser, as this option is not available in the app


Follow these steps:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner.
  2. Select "My Account"

  3. Once in your account, select "My Subscription". Una vez en tu cuenta selecciona "Mi Suscripción". Allí encontrarás la información sobre tu suscripción: fecha de inicio, renovación y método de pago.  


    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"




Remember that you need to cancel before the renewal date of your subscription period. Your subscription will be marked as pending cancellation, and you will continue to have access to all courses. Once your billing cycle ends, your subscription will be canceled.
