If you purchased your subscription through our website, you can cancel it anytime from your user panel on the Scoolinary platform.
To turn off automatic renewal, just follow these simple steps:
- From the top menu, click your name in the top right corner. In the app, go to More from the bottom right menu.
Select My Account.
Once you're in your account, click My Subscription. There, you’ll see all the details of your subscription, including your start date, renewal date, and payment method.
3. Click on "Cancel" and complete the process. Your subscription status will then appear as pending cancellation, and you’ll still have access to all courses until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will be fully canceled.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel it directly through that store, since it can’t be managed from the Scoolinary platform.
Please remember in every case you need to cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
