First-time purchases have a 14-calendar-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal.


This right of withdrawal applies only to the first purchase made on the platform. Therefore, if you cancel a subscription and later purchase another one, whether after a short or long period of time, this new purchase will not be considered a first purchase, as you have previously accessed the Service and used the platform.


For subscriptions purchased through the app, you’ll need to manage the cancellation and refund request directly through the App Store.
